1. Our Identity

2. Scope of Legal Services

We provide advisory support, document preparation, representation before local authorities, and other related services focused on the needs of pensioners.

3. Professional Services

These include one-on-one consultations, case reviews, and advocacy on behalf of clients. Fees for professional services become due upon booking. Once a consultation is confirmed by both parties, it is non-refundable due to the reserved time slot. However, appointments may be rescheduled if notice is given at least three days before the original date. Rescheduling must occur within thirty days of the original appointment.

4. Information Products

Digital guides, webinars, and manuals are delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant nature of delivery, these products are non-refundable once accessed. If a digital product is found to be defective or materially incomplete, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase, subject to review.

5. Physical Goods

Printed guides, workbooks, or other tangible materials may be sent by mail. Purchasers may send them back within fourteen days of receipt for a refund or platform, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via our contact form within fourteen days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within ten business days of approval. For professional services partially delivered, fees are assessed on a pro-rated basis to determine the refundable amount. No refunds will be provided after the fourteen-day period, except in cases of defective digital content as noted above.

7. Modification of Terms

Eldoria reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Revised terms take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law principles.
